Paloga is Carbon Managed.

Wherever possible, Paloga  minimises its global footprint and maximises its environmental awareness. We have undertaken a voluntary environmental audit and have implemented strategies recommended by Carbon Planet to offset our carbon emissions. Paloga offset emissions by 20% in 2006 and 40% in 2007.

To achieve a long lasting benefit to the environment we do not trade the certified carbon credits we achieve. We clear off the credits from our balance sheet every year and start a fresh.

Paloga's environmental awareness  is an integral component of our Company’s Strategic Plan and we aim to  continuoually improve  our processes and actively look for ways to achieve better  results in this area.
